I love that because I feel like sometimes we get scared of new technology, or if you’re like me, every time a new social platform rolls out, I find myself rolling my eyes and going, yeah no thanks! I just don’t want to take on one more thing right now, you know? But the good news is, with AI, you can use it as a massive time saver. It’s really pretty intuitive to use, once you understand a few things about it. The question is, how can you use AI to make your life easier?

Let's start at the beginning. You've probably heard whispers about using ChatGPT in your business, but what's the fuss all about? Well, it's the secret sauce behind creating compelling content without breaking a sweat. Now you’ll likely need to edit what AI writes for you because you know your audience better than anyone and of course you want to put your own spin on it, but I always find editing easier than writing from scratch.

Maybe you’ve written a blog post and you want to use it to generate more content. How to Learn ChatGPT For Business
Before we jump into the world of AI-generated copy, remember the basics of marketing still apply. Establish who you are, what you do, and what makes you stand out from your competitors. Knowing your target audience and their problems is key. Oh, and don't forget your brand's tone of voice and writing style – they're like the spices in your content recipe.
Some things I like to include in my brand bio are my business name, what I do, who my audience is, my niche, and what sets my business apart from my competitors. My brand voice is another important thing to include. I’ll copy this and put it in my Notes app on my computer for easy access. Then I simply grab it and put it into my AI query anytime I’m doing work-related stuff on ChatGPT. I also like to include a goal for whatever I’m writing. If you’re asking it to write an outline or a blog post, you’ll want to specify what you’re hoping people get out of it.

What You Do: You can go broad or you can list services.
Target Audience: The more specific you can be here the better. If you serve different audiences, write them down and you can narrow down if you’re building content for one specific audience.
Niche: Not everyone has a specific niche, but if there is something you’re great at, you should definitely include it. For example, if you are a blog with great recipes, your audience might be for families, but your niche might be busy week night recipes you can do in 30 minutes.
Differentiation: You differentiation is more how you do things differently. Do you offer travel context to your recipes, or offer hacks on what to use if you’re out of an ingredient? If so, that flexibility might be part of what sets you apart from other recipe blogs.
Brand Voice: There are all kinds of great adjectives you can use to really highlight your brand. Are you funny, engaging, professional, confident, authentic, empathetic, playful, quirky, educational, friendly and approachable. Other things you can include are writing posts for a 6th or 8th grade reading level.Goal or purpose: This will likely be unique to each project you’re working on, but it’s a very good idea to include the goal of what you want your reader to get out of it, or if the goal is to sell a product, or convince a reader of XYZ perspective, this is helpful to state upfront.

Depending on what you want to write, we’re going to use a series of inputs to help us give ChatGPT some parameters to help it deliver the right kind of content. In addition to our Brand Bio we just put together, we need to outline the project, outcomes and any call to action. Here is a good place to start:

It should be designed to [Insert Project Goal] by highlighting the following areas: [Insert ideas, features, benefits etc. to help accomplish your project goal]. Please include a call to action at the end that will help to accomplish our goal. The target length is [Number Range of Words]. Should be written at [Reading Level] and the tone of voice should be [Insert Brand Voice].
