The overall structure of the site was a main client facing site, with a private, member only login portion accessible to physicians. They also needed to have an easy to update event portion, so I built out several template pages they could customize with their events.
As far as the design goes, to get to the root of what they wanted, we started with mood boards, then a wireframe, then a mockup design, with several meetings and check-ins along the way.

I make it as easy as possible with clearly laid out steps, checklists and templates. But ultimately there is a lot that goes into building a website, and you can expect it to take a little time. You know your business better than anyone else so there is a time investment on your part to gather the info, put your thoughts and vision on paper and compile logos and brand imagery.

The wording for your website, also called "copy", is going to be unique to your campaign strategy. When you book a website, you’ll receive a campaign website copy workbook that has question prompts and best practice suggestions to help you see the big picture strategy and reduce writer’s block while you craft your copy. Once filled out, I work my magic and arrange all your website content (copy, headlines, images, branding) to digitally tell your campaign's story.

I will do a recorded video tour explaining the backend of the site and how to make basic edits. You should be able to do all the edits yourselves, but I am always available to make future edits to your site at my hourly rate.

You'll be receiving a Website Image Guide in your welcome packet. This guide will give you helpful website guidelines for campaign headshots and any photography you'll be providing. It will also provide some helpful sites with free and for purchase stock photography. I'm always happy to help guide you in finding the right images for your site.

They do all their security and system updates internally, so unlike Wordpress, you’re not responsible for keeping your site updated and won’t experience security issues if you just leave it alone. Clean, modern, mobile responsive websites are just the beginning. They have scheduling, email and member only areas that offer so much in terms of growth for marketing your business digitally.

Yes, just provide the social accounts you'd like to connect to, and I'll include icons for them in the header and/or footer of your site. We can add your Instagram feed to the footer as well. Also if you have an email platform like Mailchimp, that can be integrated too.

This really depends on your ideas. To keep pricing low, there are certain parameters I need to stay within, however endless customization options are available for an added cost.
